The Triple-A Summer Body Challenge starts on Monday, June 13th.
15-minute Workouts- In every Workout Session, you will do 3 back-back to back workouts specifically designed by me to get maximum results.
Easy To Follow Along – Just press play and go. This challenge is for all fitness levels. We even include modifications in every video for beginners
High-Intensity Express Workouts- In 15 minutes your will be dripping with sweat as you burn major calories while carving out your summer body. I'm putting an end to the myth that you have to spend hours in the gym every day to change your body.
Follow along with the videos every day and give it your all and I personally promise that you will see amazing results by the 4th of July.
